General

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until noon. Please call or text for holiday hours.

What is the process for a repair covered under the warranty?

Warranty varies by manufacturer. The manufacturer makes all decisions for warranty coverage. Manufacturers will require pictures of the damage and a photo of the VIN plate (located in the front of the trailer on the roadside). Goodrich Trailers will complete warranty work for our customers in our shop as soon as our schedule allows. You must contact the factory directly if you choose to have warranty work done elsewhere. Before scheduling the repair, the manufacturer must pre-approve the estimate for any warranty work.

Maintenance

When should I perform maintenance on bearings?

Goodrich Trailers recommends that bearings are removed, cleaned, and repacked once per year or every 10,000 miles whichever comes first.

Trade-Ins

Do you accept trade-ins?

Trade-ins are welcome. Please remember that all trades are subject to final inspection, and trade values may change when photos are used to determine value.

What do I need to bring with me when I trade-in my trailer?

The trailer must be cleaned and tanks emptied, or you will be subject to additional fees. Please bring keys, title in the owner's name, and payoff information if applicable.

Payment Policies

Do you charge sales tax?

Wisconsin residents must pay applicable sales tax and license fees if required at the time of purchase. Out-of-state customers are not subject to Wisconsin sales tax but will be charged $3 for a 30-day temporary plate and must pay any applicable tax or title fees within 30 days of purchase to your local tax authority.

What are your deposit policies?

All deposits are non-refundable. The trailer must be paid in full within 14 days of deposit or notification that the trailer has arrived.

What are your payment policies for a special order trailer?

Special order trailers require a signed purchase agreement and a non-refundable down payment. Trailers must be paid in full within 14 days of trailer arrival. We will notify you when the trailer arrives and is ready to pick up.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks with a driver's license, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Credit card purchases over $5000 are subject to a 3% fee. Rent-to-own down payments and truck bed purchases must be with cash or credit card.

When should I apply for a loan?

We suggest applying for loans before you arrive to speed up the purchase process and in case any extra documentation is required by the lender.
